To design, refurbish and replace both data centre cooling and UPS systems whilst maintaining uptime services for Barnsley Borough Council. Working alongside the Barnsley Borough Council IT team to ensure a smooth transition over to new systems.
The INFINITI team not only had to overcome the challenges brought about by the live working environment and basement location. But as this data centre powers all of Barnsley internal and external services, it was critical to ensure that there was no suffer of any downtime during the data centre refurbishment or in the future should the power in the area go out.
