Advice for Infiniti Data Centre Maintenance Customers during the Coronavirus outbreak.

The Coronavirus is moving fast throughout the UK, and INFINITI continue to monitor the outbreak and its effects in the coming weeks. 

Our aim at INFINITI is to always minimise disruption and maintain ‘business as usual’. However, with the latest Government guidelines advising more ‘social distancing’ measures are put in place, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone upcoming maintenance visits. 

We would like to assure you that our engineers remain fully operational for emergency response calls to all our customers with Maintenance Contracts in place. 

Our Technical Support department is also fully operational.

At present, it is impossible to say when ‘normal’ business will resume; however, we envisage this postponement of works to be in place until at least May 2020 which will be also subject to further review nearer the time.

If you have a maintenance visit coming up in the next few weeks we will personally be in touch to reorganise.

We are monitoring and reviewing the situation daily and will provide any relevant updates in due course.
